This also applies to SCHORISCH. Specialists in many different fields of commerce and technology are employed by the SCHORISCH Group. As a part of the SCHORISCH teams they see it as their permanent duty to be always available for our customers. At the same time, the challenges caused by the world-wide opening of markets require a lot of flexibility of the employees. Presently, the SCHORISCH Group has about 200 employees (on average) including apprentices and trainees.

For us, social responsibility is of great importance and therefore the individual is the centre of our attention. As a company we are dependent on our employees, on their competencies and commitment. This applies to the development of new products, the use of modern technologies in our production department, the customer service and the domestic and international sale of our products.

We can meet our high product quality requirements only because of the support of our competent and open-minded employees. For this purpose, we give them the freedom to act and the possibility to further develop their personal skills and to make use of them within a team of colleagues used to working together. Here, it does not make any difference whether these employees are people entering the job market or persons having professional experience – those who stand out due to their work quality will be specifically supported.

Personnel development

The SCHORISCH Group has set a goal to offer good possibilities for the professional and personal development of its employees. Many different professions are practised and a lot of different tasks are fulfilled within a group of companies structured like ours – with subsidiaries operating in different business segments. Therefore, it is important to find out, support and develop the skills and interests of each individual.
