Die-formed parts
Die-formed parts stand out due to their excellent strength properties. Components
consisting of die-formed parts are very effective for the transmission of heavy loads
and motions. On conventional stamping machines with a pressure force of up to 6,500 tons
single pieces of a weight up to 145 kg can be stamped.
Quick forging press
Rotationally symmetrical components with a maximum length of up to 160 mm and a maximum
weight of 4.5 kg can be forged by means of Hatebur quick forging presses. These components
are used especially by fittings and gearbox manufacturers.
Cross wedge rolling
Especially for the production of stepped shafts, such as sliding shafts or countershafts
in gearboxes, even greater changes in cross-sections can be made.
Press forging
Materials such as brass, copper and aluminium are formed to components such as fittings
or ornamental mountings. During the forming process, a material of high quality and
homogeneous anticorrosion surfaces are achieved. The press forging procedure is also
suitable for small-scale and medium-scale production if required with undercuts.
